We can provide you with a cash advance so you can continue to enjoy your holiday. We can also provide you with up to £3,000 to cover your hotel bill and offer you an unlimited advance to replace travel tickets (subject to status and repayable within 28 days).

Am I covered for fraudulent card use before I discover and report my missing cards to CPP?

Yes. Unlike most other providers, you’ll receive cover for up to £5,000 for fraudulent card use prior to notifying us. This only applies if you notify us within 24 hours of realising your cards are missing.

What is CIFAS?

CIFAS is the UK’s Fraud Prevention Service. If your cards go missing, we can place a protective registration warning with them. This means extra security checks will be taken before credit is granted in your name.

Are my keys covered?

Yes. Once you’ve registered your cards, we’ll send you a key tag. If you lose your keys this means you stand a better chance of getting them back. You’re also covered for up to £500 for all lock and key replacements, which also includes car hire and transportation costs for up to 3 days.
