Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoter of the competition is MBNA Europe Bank Limited. 2. The prize draw is open to all MBNA credit card holders or EBS Member Credit Card holders, aged 18 or over, and resident in the Republic of Ireland. Offer is valid to holder of cards issued in the Republic of Ireland only. 3.Employees of MBNA Europe Bank Limited and EBS Building Society, their subsidiary companies, or anyone professionally involved in the promotion and their family members are not eligible to enter/win. 4. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the rules and any other requirements set out in the promotional material. 5. The winning entrants will be randomly selected and in order to qualify for the prize, a test of skill question will need to be answered correctly. If the test of skill question is answered incorrectly or the prize is not accepted, another qualifying name will be selected randomly and the test of skill question repeated. 6. The closing date for entries is 31 August 2008 at 23:59. The winner will be selected and notified on or before 15 September 2008. The name of the winner will be available on request from 16 September 2008. 7. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity. 8. Prize includes: One Toyota Avensis Aura registered in 2008. A cash value payment or exchange of prize is not possible and no alternative prize will be offered. 9. Confidentiality laws will be observed. 10. No purchase necessary. All of the following transactions qualify for entry:
Retail Purchase*: Use your MBNA card to make a purchase wherever they accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards**.

Money transfer: Use your account to transfer funds from your MBNA card account to any personal account held by you or any other person at another financial institution other than into a credit card or loan account.

Balance transfer: Request us to make a payment to another organisation that pays off or reduces the amount that you owe to them. This will qualify as a transaction once the transfer has been fully processed i.e. the balance of the account from the other organisation has been paid off or reduced by the transfer of funds from your MBNA card account.

ATM Withdrawal: Use your MBNA card to withdraw cash from more than 1,000,000 ATMS worldwide**.

Credit Card Cheque***: Use your MBNA credit card cheques to make a purchase. Please note that credit card cheques cannot be used to pay off, or pay down, this or any other MBNA account. If you need to reorder cheques, call Freefone 1800 409 511. You can write a credit card cheque for up to 95% of your available credit.

* Retail purchases can be defined as any transaction (other than a cash transaction) under which you make a payment using a card (with or without the PIN) or card number.
