Can I service my account online?
Yes. You can check your account information, view your monthly statements and current account activity, submit balance transfers, request a credit limit increase, pay bills or let us know your new contact details. Simply access Online Banking.
How do I enrol my personal account?
Access to Online Banking is immediate and free, with no need to wait for passwords to be sent to you. To enrol, you will need your credit card and your latest statement so we can verify your details. You will be asked to create your own ID and password which you will use to log on to the service in the future. If your account is brand new and your first statement has not yet been created, we will also ask you to confirm some additional security questions. Please note that only main cardholders can access their account online.
I have forgotten my password—what should I do?
If you forget your password, there is a specific procedure to follow.
- Access Online Banking and select the "Forgotten your logon details?" link.
- Enter your credit card number and select "Enrol" to continue. We will prompt you to confirm your identity by answering some verification questions.
- Correctly answer the questions and we will provide your user ID and prompt you to select a new password. You will also be able to change your user ID.

How secure is my account information online?
One of our highest priorities is to ensure your privacy and peace of mind by employing the most advanced online security measures in the industry. These include:
- State–of–the–art encryption of all data transmitted between your computer and our secure site. We require 128–bit SSL to maintain the highest encryption standards throughout our site and protect your online account information. We suggest that you use a version 4.0 or higher AOL®, Microsoft® or NetscapeTM browser.
- A unique login name and password system for authentication purposes.
How does encryption work—and what's the difference between 40–bit and 128–bit encryption?
Many browsers offer both 40-bit and 128-bit versions of SSL. 128-bit encryption provides a much higher level of security, as it is more than 3 x 1026 times more secure than 40-bit encryption. Major commercial browsers, including Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher and NetscapeTM Navigator 4.75 or higher, include this encryption software. Online Banking requires the higher level (128-bit SSL) of encryption to ensure the privacy of your information.
