Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
1. The promoters to all competitions are MBNA Europe Bank Limited and the respective organizations found above. Please see respective promotional pages within this edition of In Touch for further details.
2. The prize draws are open to all MBNA credit card holders, aged 18 or over, and resident in the Republic of Ireland. Offers are valid to holder of cards issued in the Republic of Ireland only.
3. Employees of MBNA Europe Bank Limited, their subsidiary companies, or anyone professionally involved in the promotion and their family members are not eligible to enter/win.
4. By participating in these promotions, participants agree to be bound by the rules and any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
5. The winning entrants will be randomly selected and in order to qualify for the prizes, a test of skill question will need to be answered correctly. If the test of skill question is answered incorrectly or the prizes are not accepted, another qualifying name will be selected randomly and the test of skill question repeated.
6. The closing date for entries is 30 June 2008 at 23:59. The winner will be selected and notified on or before 15 July 2008. A full list of winners will be available on request from 16 July 2008.
7. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity.
8. The prizes are non-transferable and no alternative prizes will be offered unless otherwise stated in the promotional literature.
9. Confidentiality laws will be observed.
10. A cash value payment or exchange of prizes is not possible.
