How can I help prevent fraud?
Each month, we’ll send you a statement that details what you’ve paid for and when, what you owe and how much you have left to spend. Check these details to see if they match your records and receipts. If you notice anything that doesn’t make sense or looks out of the ordinary, call us immediately on 0800 062 062.
My card was lost or stolen–what should I do?
If your card is lost, stolen or misplaced, contact us immediately on 0800 062 062. These lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How safe is my personal information?
One of our highest priorities is to ensure your privacy and peace of mind by employing the most advanced online security measures in the industry. These include:
- State–of–the–art encryption of all data transmitted between your computer and our secure site. We require 128–bit SSL to maintain the highest encryption standards throughout our site and protect your online account information. How does encryption work–and what's the difference between 40–bit and 128–bit encryption?
